SHIPPING POLICY

At Zenvyra, most products are made to order and prepared with care.

Processing time
Orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods or due to product availability.

Estimated delivery after shipment
• Netherlands and Belgium: 5–10 business days
• Other European countries: 5–12 business days
• International destinations: 7–15 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and seasonal demand. Your total estimated delivery time consists of the processing time plus the shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Any applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment. Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges.

If your order has not arrived within the communicated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate it with the shipping provider.
