RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your ZENVYRA purchase.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may notify us within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your return, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

You may inspect and try on the product as you reasonably would in a physical store. Items should be returned clean and in good condition. We may reduce the refund if the product has lost value because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@zenvyra-z.com so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Return shipping

For returns because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we tell you otherwise.

Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal is processed, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item and, where required by applicable law, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@zenvyra-z.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where the item is defective or incorrect, you will not be charged reasonable return costs.

Personalised products

Products that are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. This exception does not affect your rights if the product is defective or incorrect.
